New development: Gainsborough

Sea Island has agreed terms to purchase a site in Gainsborough town centre.  

We are in discussion with West Lindsey District Council and Lincolnshire County Council about the detailed design and specification of extra care housing.

Both councils are supportive of the development and confirm that the proposal to create sixty apartments is compatible with local need.

This will be the first housing of its type in Gainsborough.

Once the County Council has appointed its preferred care provider, we will include them in our discussions and decisions about specification and design.
